All the players work for different governments as their master spy, directing the missions of a number of undercover agents. Over the course of missions, some spies retire, new recruits join, and you may occasionally (or frequently) be required to defect to another country and start working with a new set of spies!
In your turn, you must move all your spies one space on the upper pegboard of your tray. With each move, you announce the coordinate you're leaving or the one you're entering. If you announce you're moving into a coordinate occupied by an enemy spy, the other player gives you that spy's peg, and you place it in your removable peg tray. At the end of your turn, you roll the die, which is 50% blank (no outcome), 16% RECRUIT (add a spy), 16% RETIRE (remove a spy), and 16% DEFECT (trade your tray to the left). When any player loses his or her last spy, the player with the most captured spies wins!
Note: Expansion sets (for up to six-player games, one with orange pegs, one with black pegs) will be available as well. They will be about 7-1/4 x 11-3/4 x 2 inches and include a peg board tray, 60 pegs in the standard 5 colors, 72 pegs in two new colors, and 8 additional terrain maps. Retail price will likely be around $12.95 each.
